Don't be easily distracted by glossy flyers of your home that will only sit in your home or if an agent tells you they will be making a webpage for your home that nobody else will know about, but you and the agent, open houses that are really a marketing tool for agents/offices to attract new business while in your house which they will use to sell other homes, not yours. These tactics are used to persuade sellers to hire agents but at the end of the day is just smoke and mirrors.
